Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
As MVDT Collection offers a 30-day return policy, this statutory right of withdrawal is fully covered within our extended return period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email or post before the withdrawal period expires.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your request before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
