Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel at any time.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped within the European Union include the applicable VAT, which is calculated according to the destination country's tax regulations.

As customs regulations vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office if you have any questions regarding possible import charges.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes and is returned to MVDT Collection, any shipping costs, return shipping costs and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.
