WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

In the NL shipping fee €5 - 2 to 3 Shipping days

In the EU shipping fee €8,95 - €16,95 - 2 to 6 Shipping days

In the Rest of the World shipping fee from €19,95 - 5 to 10 Shipping days

When your order is shipped you receive an email and a track & trace link to follow your package at any time. Please, contact us here if you didn't receive it, we will check if the order is well processed.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEE

NOTE: 
1. all orders outside of EU are free of tax, only be aware of your own country duty regulations.
2. all tax on EU orders are included calculated by the tax rate of your own country.

UK - All orders are charged with import duties since Brexit is introduced.

USA - All orders below US $800 will be excluded from import duties. Please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department, for more information.

AUS - All orders below AUS $900 will be excluded from import duties. Please check with the Australian Border Force and the Australian Taxation Office for more information.

NON-EU - If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to customs fees and import duties, we advise you to consult your local customs office.

Please note that no rights can be granted on the above information and that we can not be held responsible for any customs and import fees. When you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
